This is part 4 of my Working with Visual Studio 2010 video series. So far we have covered these topics in previous parts:
- Part 1 – Creating the Team Project
- Part 2 – Creating the User Stories
- Part 3 – Adding Users to Team Projects
In part 4 I show how to plan your iteration, also known as sprint. You can see how to specify the iteration duration, assign tasks to team members and check your iteration capacity to make sure the team will not commit to more tasks than they can actually complete.
Hope you like it.
This video series of you are so cool. Thanks for your post ^^ .
I have a problem in my excel. It’s doesn’t show the result in Capacity : https://juliocasalcom.azurewebsites.net/members/uminhhieu/files/Iteration1.jpg.aspx
I’m glad you like it. In the Individual Capacity Table, under Hours/Day specify how much hours can each team member work on a day. Then you should see the Individual Capacities in the chart.
Ok. I can do it.Thanks for your help
